Creating an open-dialogue and team-based atmosphere, Introspecs listens to, and builds on, client goals for their home remodels, kitchen and bathroom designs; creating intrigue and shaping distinctive spaces customized for each unique client. Introspecs uses a variety of mediums and visual tools to develop + communicate design concepts; starting with precedent images of spaces, (ie. kitchens and bathrooms) as well as quick, scaled hand-sketches in the schematic phase, followed with refined design drawings in AutoCAD.
Introspecs regularly partners with compatible, high-integrity professionals in the Portland interior design and construction field who communicate, contribute to solution-oriented and value engineering processes, and whom enrich the overall project experience for the clients and design/build team. We always look forward to new collaborative opportunities.
We’re always excited to talk to you about your interior architecture and design needs, whether it be space planning for a whole-house remodel, ADU design, a kitchen design, interior design mood boards, or finish selections.
We can work together virtually or closely collaborating throughout the project, depending on your project needs and personal availability. But don’t worry too much about that now, the first step is to make contact and schedule an on-site consultation with Introspecs Interior Architecture + Design. Feel free to contact us using the submission form on the Contact page, or by calling 503.516.3652.
After our on-site meeting and in-depth discussion of the design scope of your project, Introspecs will provide you with a flat-fee proposal, consisting of 3 parts. Part One is a detailed list of project notes gathered during our conversations. Part Two is a design proposal including scope of work and design fees associated with your interior architecture and design work. Part Three is a standard contract, which is customized to your project needs and requirements.
We prefer to meet in person to review design proposals, so that we’re available to answer questions as they arise, and if necessary, adapt and refine our proposal in real time, as a team. Depending on time constraints, we also share proposals electronically and clients can contact Introspecs to discuss on the phone together.
Upon agreement to the terms outlined in our project notes, interior architecture + design proposal and contract, both parties then sign, and DESIGN WORK BEGINS!
