JAPANESE CRAFTSMAN RANCH HOUSE

Introspecs worked with the client from their initial napkin sketches through design schematic phase, providing consult and detailed space planning to finalize the site orientation, overall layout of the 5,000 sf. one-level ranch house and key placement of adjacent rooms. We also provided detailed design drawings for all custom cabinetry and casework throughout the house, as well as full specifications for all interior and exterior architectural elements, fixtures, finish materials and colors.

Introspecs and the clients collaborated on interior furnishings, blending previously-owned antiques with newly procured furnishings and accessories. The project continues as we work together choosing the right pieces over time to slowly create the personality of their home.
