Homeowners Kristina and Patrick initially hired Introspecs for custom casework and full interior design on their 2-story detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The scope quickly grew to full exterior design, space planning, selection of window/door/hardware packages, creative sourcing through Pioneer Millworks of the salvaged 27′ structural ridge-beam and rafters, and full-time project management throughout the construction process. From head to toe, Introspecs and the clients collaborated on bringing this efficient home-2 seconds away-from-home beauty to life!
