Our good friends + fun-loving loyal clients Anthony + Lindsay Van Nice moved from their Scandinavian Modern Farmhouse in Sherwood to a gorgeous 17-acre property with vineyards in Dundee, Oregon. Committed to raising their girls out in the country while continuing to forge their own winemaking brand, Real Nice Winemakers, Anthony + Lindsay want to come home everyday to an oasis that both embraces their natural surroundings and also feels like a true reflection of their more urban tastes + lifestyle. With the understanding that a tasting room will be the next step, Introspecs saw the main house exterior + interior design as laying the foundation for all future on-site branding.
Introspecs conceptualized + developed the dramatic redesign of the existing 2-level daylight ranch, opening up the main level living + dining rooms, as well as the kitchen to create a modern shared space fit for family time and hosting larger parties + events. From the onset of design, we incorporated a few key furnishings and their entire original artwork collection, while introducing saturated tones and rich brass hardware revealing a beautiful layering of textures, color and styles within a cohesive modern shell. Introspecs provided continual support via team communications, site meetings, and was instrumental in the art placement, final staging + design execution.
